It's genuinely been like night and day running this year’s campaign compared to last year. Back then, it was slow and painful, and the advice we were given felt totally against our own instincts (against logic sometimes!) so it’s been great to have you (Emma and Craig) fundraising fairies on our shoulders guiding us in the right direction.
Craig's calm, mature and proportionate approach has been valued by me and everyone at Day One.
He's been brilliant and had such a timely impact - helping us to treble our fundraising income in just over two years and putting us on course for future growth.
Craig provided strategic and operational support for over 4 years. During that time he helped us to triple our income from individuals.
He has extensive knowledge of supporter retention tactics and developing email journeys. If you want to know about individual giving, Craig knows his stuff!
